Shipping and Handling Policy
In stock items are generally shipped on the same business day if ordered before 10 am Pacific Time. Orders after this will be shipped by the second business day. If your items are not in stock, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for backordering or drop shipment. We will notify you if there will be a delay in your shipment. Please note: Orders are shipped from Salem, Oregon except for select items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery on orders which exceed $500 in a 75 mile radius of our warehouse. Contact us for delivery options on smaller orders or outside this radius.
Volume Discounts
We offer a 5% discount on list-price purchases exceeding $500 that are will-called from our store and paid for by check or cash.
